Mark Neisser is the lithography materials research manager at Sematech. He has worked in the semiconductor industry for more than 25 years and has extensive experience in lithography, lithography resolution enhancement development, and lithography materials such as photoresists, antireflective coatings, and lithography ancillary materials. He received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Michigan. He has published for than 50 papers and is an inventor on more than two dozen US Patents. Sematech
